 The Byrna SD launcher is the newest update version available in black, safety orange. The Byrna is not a firearm, therefore no permit or background check needed, legal in all states and many other countries, interstate friendly making it great for truckers and RVers. We ship this one to every state, as this kit does not have any chemical projectiles.

PATENTED PULL-PIERCE TECHNOLOGY: CO2 is stored in the launcher unpunctured until the first trigger pull. On first trigger pull the CO2 is punctured and a projectile is launched simultaneously. So it is loaded and ready.

This kit contains no chemical projectiles and is legal in all states in the US.
